On the lower-mid west Side of Manhattan lies the neighborhood of Chelsea. It resides just south of Hell's Kitchen, and north of Greenwich Village, Chelsea has an abundance of piers along the Hudson Harbor, Shopping, hotels, brownstones, Diners, markets and businesses like any prosperous city neighborhood. The idea of "Chelsea Changed" was arrived by two very apparent factors.. First, the booming skyscrapers just north at Hudson Yards, and second is the complete about face of people interacting. This, obviously due to the Covid 19 virus. "Chelsea Changed" is a reflection of current social change. On one side is the largest construction development in U.S. history. Yet, the resolve of people fully interacting as they have for centuries has been seriously scaled down. "Chelsea "Changed" has a bluesy lounge side, where people can order and take out, or meet along a few tables lined in the street outdoors. It is just another city neighborhood that has responded. Because it has to.
